Abstract
Welcome to a new edition of the ConSciencias Sociales magazine! This issue features six articles addressing current topics in the Social Sciences and Humanities. The articles are divided into two sections: Scientific Research and Essays. Adriana Cantón and Rudy Guarachi analyze the relationship between the left-wing parties MORENA and MAS and feminist and indigenous movements in Mexico and Bolivia, highlighting the tensions and ruptures between these actors from 2018 to 2023. Adrián Treviño Montaño studies the psychological impact of overcrowding and violence on inmates at the "San Sebastián" Male Penitentiary, revealing high levels of depression, anxiety, and stress. Natalia Tenorio Tovar investigates the coping strategies of young Mexican women who are victims of psychological violence, focusing on the social resources available to these women. Ilithya Guevara Hernández examines the forced migration of Tsotsil women from the perspective of intersectionality and Third World feminisms, showing how structural violence has forced these women to migrate and how they face vulnerability in the process. Wilder Samuel Ramos Ochoa reflects on the myth of Inkarrí and its relation to Andean migration in Lima, exploring how symbolic responses and social visions intertwine in the city. Oscar Ruiz Tovar and Christian Jonathan Ángel Rueda address the convergence between didactics and digital television, analyzing how television series can be used to illustrate abstract concepts and promote a more dynamic education. Each article offers a unique perspective on relevant and current issues in their respective fields.
