Review Policy
The main core of the journal Con-Sciencias Sociales lies fundamentally in its peer review process. All interested persons can send papers that present research results, case studies, argumentative essays, articles for reflection or thematic review, that address topics of Social and Human Sciences.
Editorial review criteria
Before being published, all articles received will go through two review phases:
- An editorial (editorial review).
- Another for the double blind peer review system.
As result of these reviews, Cons-Sciencias Sociales may request the authors corrections or modifications to their works, as well as reject the publication.
According to a 2008 study by the Publishing Research Consortium, also cited by Professor Luis Codina, 56% of those consulted were in favor of the double-blind system, while 25% were in favor of the single blind.
