Copyright

It is the branch of law, which protects all scientific, literary and / or artistic works, which are the product of creativity and human ingenuity.

Its requirements are:

• Originality.
• That it is embodied in a support.

Copyright grants protection to creations expressed through literary, artistic and/or scientific genres; Its object is creations or manifestations of the spirit expressed in a way that can be perceived; born with the work as such."

According to the Law 1322 of Copyright in Bolivia, Social Sciences respects the moral rights of authors, protecting the partnership and integrity of their published works. As it is a free access publication, Con-Sciencias Sociales does NOT make economic use of the patrimonial copyright of its publications. After its publication in Social Sciences, the authors are free to publish their articles in other information media, mentioning the original source of publication.

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS

He or the authors must declare no conflict of interest with the institutions mentioned in the article or with the publishing entity of the journal Con-Sciencias Sociales of the Universidad Católica Boliviana, which may publish it in physical or electronic format.
